Access to and use of the Astar77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
21+ Requirement: Astar77 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Astar77 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification.
All Accounts on the Astar77 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
Astar77 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the individual limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Astar77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to individual bank processing windows. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes.
By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are legitimately obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for a deposit on the same Account, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Astar77 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. Astar77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any attempted withdrawal prior to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, at Astar77's sole discretion.
Astar77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations. All bets placed on the Astar77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or event in question. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules prior to placing any wager. Astar77 displays applicable rules within the relevant game or betting interface.
Sports betting markets include football (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and Bundesliga), basketball, tennis, UFC, esports, and other events as made available from time to time. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuations. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be amended or cancelled.
Astar77 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an obviously erroneous price or as the result of a technical error. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. Astar77 will not honour bets placed as a result of known software malfunctions or manifest errors in published odds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astar77 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Astar77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
Astar77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the Account holder has provided false information, or that Account activity poses a risk of harm to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.
Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting Astar77 support via email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, Astar77 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is identified, Astar77 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may report the matter accordingly.
Astar77 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Astar77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 13.2 above.
